Together with Quinn Bezemer, we taught a lecture on influencers for Tilburg University’s Night University Junior on May 16, 2024. In the lecture, Quinn and I talked about what it takes to be an influencer, and what is ok and not ok to post online. We were so happy that so many children were there; the lecture room was packed. I would like to say it was because of me, but Quinn is a celebrity to them. Quinn was wonderful in addressing the kids and answering their question in a fun and engaging manner. And I myself was also able to answer many of the children’s questions, which were way more difficult than most of the questions my students ask. I had a great time.
